In 2011 J.D. Power and Associates released a study they conducted on customer service in wireless phone carriers. The study resoundingly found that customers are more satisfied when their service issues are handled by a real person rather than an automated phone service. This stands true in all business, and it’s a concept Chair City Oil has always embraced.
